We are currently seeking a talented Architect to join our healthcare team. The selected candidate will be a key member of the project team during all phases of project development, from design presentation through construction administration.

This hands-on role will include developing design options, producing interior and exterior detailing, and insuring drawing coordination for healthcare projects in the New York City metro area.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree
• 5 years minimum professional experience
• Architectural Registration preferred
• Experience working with complex inpatient, ambulatory, and academic medical facilities required
• Knowledge of healthcare codes and standards including Article 28, IBC, ANSI, and FGI guidelines
• Strong design ability and graphic skills and interest in digital modeling, research, and creative problem solving
• Excellent analytical and technical skills, including knowledge of NYC zoning and building code, Construction Set development, and detailing ability
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, 3d Studio Max, Enscape, and/or Rhino
• Authorization to work in the US and English fluency
