Role overview
We are currently seeking a Project Architect who is a strong designer and has Healthcare experience.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree
- 8 years minimum experience
- Strong design ability and graphic presentation skills, knowledge of contemporary architecture
- Interest in design studies, digital modeling, research, and creative problem solving
- Experience working with complex inpatient, ambulatory, and academic medical facilities required
- Thorough knowledge of healthcare codes and standards including Article 28, IBC, ANSI, and FGI guidelines
- Excellent analytical and technical skills, including a knowledge of NYC zoning and building code, Construction Set development, and detailing
- Proficiency in all phases of design and construction
- Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with 3d Studio Max, Enscape, and/or Rhino
- Authorization to work in the US and English fluency
You are
- Ability to manage and mentor junior team members and coordinating consultants
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas
What you can expect
Compensation
Salary $80,000 -$115,000 commensurate with experience and skill level. Salaries are reviewed annually.
