Kibre is a privately owned, design led interior design studio with a strong understanding of property investment.

Established in 2012 by Dominic Coleman and Robin Hutton, we set out to create value through design for large residential landlords, as well as private clients on selected projects. We have worked with some of the largest residential investors in the UK, enhancing their portfolios through strategic acquisition and clever interior design.

Seeing the exciting opportunities presented by the emerging Build to Rent (BTR) sector in 2015, we grew Kibre to service BTR investors, offering our unique understanding of large scale residential interior/FF&E design and furnishing. We were appointed on Legal and General’s first BTR development at the Slate Yard in Manchester in 2016, and have been privileged to work on over 50 large scale developments to date.

We have always been huge believers in supporting local businesses and communities, and in doing whatever we can to help protect our environment. From our very first BTR project in 2016 we have worked with UK manufacturers wherever possible, have supported our installations using local labour, and have been very conscious of waste management and shipping emissions. Sustainable material selection is central to our designs and we are constantly trying to find new innovative ways to further improve our sustainability credentials.

Kibre now offers our design and furnishing services across multiple sectors including BTR, Co-Living, Single Family Housing, Student, Workspace and Hospitality. As specialists in Interior Design, we also design and manufacture bespoke furniture to ensure a completely unique look and feel for each project. Our Design, Styling and Procurement teams are supported by our Logistics & Project Management teams who manage all deliveries, installations and aftercare services in-house, ensuring a seamless journey for our clients from beginning to end.
